Zero Data Retention Guarantee

Floredo Vivid is engineered with privacy as a fundamental technical constraint. All image computations occur exclusively in volatile server memory (RAM) and are discarded instantly. We do not store, save, cache, or log your media files permanently.

1. Volatile In-Memory Processing

When you submit a source and reference image to the style matching tool:

  • The files are received securely over HTTPS and decoded directly in volatile memory (RAM).
  • All calculations for the 3D LUT matching are performed on transient tensors.
  • The resulting curves and graded outputs are encoded and returned in the HTTP response.
  • No files are ever written to the server's hard drive, persistent storage arrays, or database tables.

2. Instant Data Erasure

Immediately following the generation of your output response payload, all memory buffers holding the original images are explicitly deallocated and cleared from active RAM. No traces of your media remain on our servers after your request has resolved.

3. TLS Data Transmission Security

All media payloads sent between your client browser and the Floredo Vivid API endpoint are encrypted in transit using Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) protocols. This prevents any third party from eavesdropping on your media during transmission.

4. No Third-Party Sharing or Selling

Because we do not collect, archive, or retain your image assets, it is technically impossible for us to share, license, compile, train models on, or sell your media content to third parties, advertising networks, or government entities.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Floredo Vivid does not utilize tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or tracking pixels. We do not build user profiles or track your behavior across other web applications. Minimal anonymous telemetry regarding system errors and API status may be collected to help maintain service reliability.
