License to Create and Export

All grading tables, 3D LUTs, and processed images synthesized using Floredo Vivid are 100% royalty-free and belong entirely to you. You are free to use them in personal, commercial, and professional productions without restriction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Floredo Vivid web application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Floredo Vivid is a mathematical utility that extracts color signature profiles from a reference image and maps those distributions onto a source image. It provides file generation services for standard 3D Lookup Tables (LUTs) including `.cube`, `.3dl`, Hald CLUT `.png`, Lightroom `.xmp`, and Adobe Camera Raw `.dng` formats.

3. Ownership and Non-Retention Policy

We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over any of the source images or reference images you submit. Furthermore, in compliance with our security design:

  • Your media files are never saved, stored, or cached on any physical server drive or cloud storage database.
  • All image decoding, color-grade mapping, and LUT synthesis are processed purely within transient server memory (RAM) and cleared immediately upon completion.
  • You bear sole responsibility for downloading and keeping copies of your generated LUT files and processed images.

4. Prohibited System Abuse

You agree not to upload corrupted files, payloads designed to trigger security vulnerabilities, or files containing malware, viruses, or Trojan horses. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the endpoint APIs, perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or disrupt server performance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Floredo Vivid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the color matching results will meet your specific aesthetic requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floredo Vivid and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or project delays resulting from the use or inability to use this service.
